Hi, I’m Sue Saxby
I am a qualified and highly experienced teacher with over thirty years working in mainstream and special school settings. I have taught, supported and enabled children from the reception years to post sixteen young adults.
As a consultant for Special Educational Needs and Disability, I offer a bespoke service to schools, where, through observation, discussion and consultation, we jointly agree a tailored approach that will meet the needs of individual children. It is my belief that all children can learn and achieve when they are given appropriate and targeted support to their learning. I support mainstream school SENDcos and teachers to find achievable and practical solutions to meet the needs of children and young people in their classrooms. The identified children may be experiencing difficulties with any aspect of their learning, at any stage of their school career.
